Robert Segal is CEO & co-founder of “Sher Consult & Training”, the leading Israeli food regulatory affairs, food quality & safety and sustainability consulting firm. Some of the biggest food companies in Israel are among Sher’s customers, as well as many promising food-tech startups.
Robert established the food regulatory affairs discipline in Israel. He served as regulatory consultant for the Manufacturers Association of Israel for the consolidation of the 2015 Israeli food safety act. Mr. Segal is currently involved in regulatory consultation for many food tech companies.
